When you create a Freelance Aircrew profile, when you specifically opt to agreeing to our T&C and Data and Privacy Policies, you agree to receive a monthly email from us reminding you to update your availability and for us to send your contact details to Operators who have subscribed to an account ("Employer Account"); acceptance of this is specifically required in order to create a profile. If you object to your personal information being transferred or used as described in this Policy, please do not register for the Service.
All of the computers used at Freelance Aircrew Ltd are fully protected with the latest anti-virus software and are all password protected. We have firewalls in place to prevent unauthorised access to our systems.
The data you provide to us is stored on our server, which is located in a secure UK data centre. The server is maintained by SCP Computers Ltd and is monitored for any unauthorised access. We have systems in-place to block detected unauthorised access attempts.
If you are aircrew who have created a Freelance Aircrew personal account, then your data will be held securely until such time as you have deleted your profile.
If you are an operator who has listed a job or subscribed to use our service, then any personal data will be retained for a period of 12 months from the last date of your subscription, after that time period it will be permanently deleted.

If you cancel your profile, or we receive a request to delete any or all of your personal data, then all data will be permanently deleted from our servers, if you wish to create a profile at any point in the future then you will have to do so from scratch. A note of this data destruction will be held in the Freelance Aircrew Ltd Data Destruction log.
